The Foster Parents in this case are a Susan and Paul Farrar of St Louis Missouri, the foster mother lives at 11170 We Ave and the Foster Father works at the One Stop Steel Coorporation In Missouri. I can also confirm that they have subjected Sonja's daughter to a substantial amount of emotional, physical and mental abuse and are certainly guilty of such as regards both US and UK law.
They have now filed against Shredded Society for stalking simply because the daughter acquired a phone, this phone was for her own protection. I have been speaking with the mother on many many occassions and can confirm myself that she has never in a wrongful manner stalked the daughter. It is a ludicrous suggestion to think or perceive otherwise. What is very clear though is that these parents have placed her daughter at risk and are cerainly guilty at the very least of parental neglect.
As for the filing itself, it is yet another pack load of lies from these parents, lies that they have produced from the very start. It seems as if the very State of Missouri glorifies lies within its court, not only lies but also perjury too. These include the creation of a libellous document (a diary) which ShreddedSociety never had sight of yet the judge Melvynn Weissman did. These parents produced this in order to illegally procure her daughter for adoption and the State namely Margaret Donnelly (the original Guardian Ad Litem) allowed this to happen. This Guardian Ad Litem also perverted and wilfully obsstructed the course of justice in the St Louis Family court on a number of ocassions, seemingly the original adoption was done to ostensibly obtain State Money and was never once about the best interests of the child. (youtube video coming soon) It is also clear that CPS (Social services also participated in this dreadful lie and wicked miscarriage of justice and even provided the parents with the false information which the parents then used to acquire shredded's daughter illegally.
The lies told against Shredded represent a severe violation of Human Rights As does the failure to return her daughter to her care.
I intend to bring full updates as they happen as now this is reaching a critical state of events.
I will confirm in absolute truth that the daughter has suffered prolongued and ongoing emotional, physical and mental abuse whilst under the care of these foster parents. Evidence is available and will be sent to the appropriate authorities.
It is long gone time for this idiot State Of Missouri to fully investigate these parents for wilful neglect and abuse.

It is my "guess" on speculation" concern" and a Mother's,

I am concerned that unnecessary pressure with added stress and
blame may be placed on my daughter due to the adoptive parents
inability to control their emotions around her

I feel that protection for my daughter is much needed to protect
her from the states need to cover up their deliberate acts of child endangerment that lead them into an unlawful and cruel adoption that brought a reward into the state.
The foster to adopt parents who went along with the state to make this
happen by using false documentation that was already thrown out by the
police detectives, and by the added creation and instruction by the courts.
This places my daughter in the middle of a large conspiracy.
The state is continuously trying to cover up what they did,
while the adoptive parents blame my daughter for their fears.
This is not a healthy environment for her to be in. The state needs
to release my daughter from the isolating events caused by the state
themselves due to their need to cover up the unlawful act of child
endangerment knowing what they were doing, back in the mid to late 1990's.
There are many things that I have seen and heard in my time, but recent events are not anywhere within that category. Here we don't just have the case of an abused child, but a family that has literally been ripped apart by the Missouri court system. Sonja has brought up two wonderful children whilst a third was not returned to her after her divorce. The motives of The Guardian Ad Litem (Margaret Donelley) and the Judge Melvyn Weissman) in doing this remain a mystery, but one thing I am certain of is that there has been a mass lies both led and told by Attorney Margaret Donnelley,underpinned by the perjury and lies of the psychiatrist Dr Lisa Emmenegger and finally supported by a Judge, Melvyin Weissman who is clearly not fit to practice at the bar.
This whole case was nothing more than complete sham from start to finish, a fictitious operation based around perury, corruption and perversion of justice, told and led by high ranking officials within the St Louis courtroom Missouri.
That was then, now we find worse far worse, not only a long trail of State Cover up which has since culminated in the destruction of court documents, but now we are faced with a catalogue of abuse from the foster home beginning with inappropriate sexual misconduct and severe emotional abuse, Physical threat, stalking, harassment, coercion of a minor, all this and the State Of Missouri CPS is still covering it up today.
The foster parents also live in Missouri and in the main foster home, the girls are not allowed locks on their doors whilst the older son is allowed to prey on the 14 year old with as yet no action by the state care system or for that matter the police. It seems as if once fostered they have no rights left whatsoever, so much for Missouri trying to improve its image over child abuse. It is only coincidental that Missouri is deemed the worst state for child abuse.
The offenses that have happened in this household range from two girls being kept in a room together while one was using inappropriate contact on the other. To severe emotional abuse and threat of Sonja's daughter which appears on the video below.

This situation is deplorable, the filthy State of Missouri under the care of a Brenda Barnett, Social services Missouri has shown a total disregard for this childs wellbeing. They are also part of this abusive and seriously corrupt Missouri State officialdom.
As for shreddedsociety (Sonja), as a parent myself, my heart goes out to this wonderful and very caring mum of two, she has struggled on for nine years against an uncompromising and completely dishonest State care system trying to get her daughter back, The behaviour of this state towards her which includes the DA now Governor Jay Nixon has been nothing short of inhuman and abominable.
Shredded Society has two other children who remained with her so why the Guardian Ad Litem Margaret Donnelley forced the aquisition of the younger girl remains a mystery, was it done out of malice or spite?, there is a strong possibility that both have paid their part. I dont know, but i do know this, that there was not one ounce or shred of evidence that supported the decision made by Judge Melvynne Weissman. These people need locking up. ShreddedSociety Sonja is and has been a wonderful caring mother, who has not harmed anyone. Nor does she have any criminal conviction making this is an absolute outrage.
The State of Missouri has victimised, harrassed Sonja and has also committed perjury to prove their case against her, Margaret Donelley also wrote a letter to the Social worker which frankly completely denied Sonja her legal rights, whilst the Psychologist Dr Lisa Emmenegger committed perjury in court by stating that their was no bond between Sonja and her daughter, this can be disproven.
The emotional abuse of her daughter is ongoing and vicious, it shows no sign of stopping and whilst being reported several times to the child protection hotline in Missouri and reported to A Beverly Smith. However it has now been taken over by the directorate itself 001 (573) 751-4815)(name provided by request) Whether any action is going to be taken or not remains dubious, however under the circumstances the concensus is that they have had enough time to act and if they don't I can see Shredded's Daughter coming to yet more harm harm every day they fail to act is a failure for this girl.
It is not acceptable from them in the present circumstance to ignore their very own state laws as regards cyber bullying.
For my part as I have received information I have reported it, sadly you cannot find out the result of an investigation over there, so by rights there is no way of knowing whehter the State in this Case Missouri has taken appropriate action to ensure the safety of the child. But this case is an exception to the rule, I can categorically State that Missouri Social Services have not as yet acted to protect this child. They did not even retrieve these files from her daughter's computer. Nor have they checked the previous conversation to find out how long this has gone on for.
The CPS failure to act in these and other circumstances provokes republication of this article, there is indeed serious emotional and mental abuse going on in this house. There is a need for urgent assistance in this matter.
