In Regards to case Number 09SL - PN549 Mary Bruntrager Schroeder, will be not the first and no doubt will not be the last judge, to allow full blown perjury to run through the so called family courts in St Louis, Missouri. It is once again obvious to any onlooker that yet again no attempt was made to allow the defence to present evidence against the false allegations raised against her. The appalling and disgusting action of both her defence lawyer, the Guardian Ad Litem, David Siscell and the judge herself is nothing less than tantamount to a breach of the Constitution of America, in denying the right to a fair trial. Mr Paul A Farrar the plaintiff issued two perjurous statements and made several untrue allegations to the court regarding the recent case of Sonja, yet neither the judge nor the GAL would consider the fact that perjury was being conducted right under their very noses. Their finding would under all other circumstances be illegal yet this is the trash these uncontrolled freaks of the legal profession dish out on a daily basis. This is not the first time a Mr. P. A. Farrar of Red Hawk Bridgeton has committed such an act a diary was produced under the nose of Judge Melvynne Weissman with equaslly unfounded and untrue allegations this was also made with the aid of CPS in Missouri. It is interesting that they can take a child away from a caring mother and place her into a family which has now got criminal records. This family in Missouri has constantly harrassed Sonja and has both caused and inflicted emotional abuse on her daughter. In the very near future I will be contacting the GAL Mr. David Siscell , The Judge and Sonja's legal representative to ask for an explanation as to why such a failing in the American Court System can happen. What is equally clear is that despite reassurances of promises by this court of phone calls and emails, that Sonja has had no contact with her daughter. The court under the Guidance Of Mary Bruntrager Schroeder used bribery, blackmail and pressure to engineer the closure of the case and which is also illegal under the US Federal Constitution. There is no doubt that once again in this sorry tale, yet another abusive and detrimental miscarriage of justice has been undertaken by the State Of Missouri, what is more I am also this time a material witness to the events which took place and can categorically state that the findings by this unbelievable court are fabricated and untrue. It is long gone time Sonja sued this state for every penny she can squeeze out of it and sought the arrest of Mr P. A Farrar, Judge Melvynn Weissman, Judge Mary Bruntrager Schroeder for contempt of court, perjury and serious miscarriage of justice. There is and remains no doubt however that had reasonable contact been maintained by Mr P A Farrar as it had been for a long time, this case would never have come to light, it worries me greatly to know what this family has to hide. Mr P.A. Farrar has now separated from Mrs S Farrar who now lives seperately. I firmly believe due to the nature of the serious cover up by the Missouri family court that this is in the public interest to publish. This is an update on the continuing story of Sonja's (shreddedsociety's) struggle to gain contact with her daughter, illegally taken from her by the family courts in Missouri.
