Arrogance and Contempt This Time In The United States Family Courts Time For Change - Surely Once again it is another Fran Lyon Story, this time it is the family courts in the United States who are overriding both common sense and worse justice. The victim we will come to know as "Shredded Society." She is known as this in order to protect her identity and also because she is still trying to recover her daughter. Ironically enough, she has been left to take care of her two other children. It goes to show the twisted deceitful mentality of the state. And so once again it is yet another case of over zealous authorities victimising those they should most protect as well as a total failure of the State to investigate properly so as they could make an honest and balanced judgement. Marriage can and does go wrong that is part of life, but there is no way in which children should become victims sadly though that in some senses is unavoidable. However in this case it is the authorities themselves who have conducted a deceitful and dishonest courtroom case against this parent. In doing so the authorities in Missouri under the guidance of the Guardian Ad Litem, Margaret Donnelly attorney Missouri and and idiot judge, Judge Carolyn Whittington, have not only destroyed a family but also have subjected Sonja's daughter to years of serioius emotional, physical and mental abuse. Her daughter at the moment is under the care of a Mr P.A. Farrar of Bridgeton Missouri. There is also a great deal of evidence of not only the abuse, but also that these false parents sent a diary which contianed nothing less than libellous and slanderous statements which amounted to perjury. The whole case itself was rigged no doubt for profit for money by the state of Missouri, neither parent was charged and Sonja has no criminal convictions at all. All in all this was a deliberate and wilful act against human rights.

When is the last time you told your child, I love you for forever and always? Have you ever experienced the fate of telling your child this may be the last time that they will see you? Have you ever met a child who experienced the pain of knowing her last moment with her parent who she missed so very much was the moment of her standing in a portrait with her Mother? This is about a child, who has suffered greatly by loosing her own Mother. Here are some of the messages she has wrote and sent to me; "I've been thinking of you non stop" "I Love you and I miss you very much, and I mean very very very very much" "I am always thinking of you" "I am being made to go to therapy." "It was because they think I need help because I won't tell them anything "I do not want to go." "I will not tell them how I feel." The emotional damage that is being done to her is very disturbing, this is very sad to see my child go through this. She wants to come home and is afraid to talk about it to those around her. She has told me that she does not understand why those around her would not understand why she would not want to be with her Mother. She said she has been told to put her feet in their shoes. It is my honer to have all who come to see and read our story to have your support and concern for our cause in life. It is of my asking that you will become a part of my cause in life by giving your support to help reunite a daughter who has longed for her mother, as this Mother has longed for her daughter. Comment What is most surprising about this whole case is the amount of people that have added themselves in this conspiracy because that is exactly what it is. No doubt it is simply a case of professionals listening to professionals, whilst remaining totally and incomprehensibly unaware of either the child or of the other parent, namely in this case the mother. The legal system has simply become conceited arrogant and steeped in lies and injustice, perverse to the extreme but that in itself is not new. Below the list of people involved in this case, this site is going to take the unusual step of contacting the ones at the top of the list to find out why they have constantly acted in a state of paranoia and delusion we will of course keep you imformed and will also include any links found as a result of our own investigations. List Of Officials Involved In The Case No. 1. Dudley Dunlop who was my childs first court appointed Guardian ad litem from the St. Louis Family courts who then passed the case onto No. 2 Margaret Donnelly Guardian Ad Litem who is currently running for Missouri's Attorney General, who pushed for my daughter to be wrongfully adopted while her other two siblings remained at home with the natural Mother, and then Comment:- It looks like Mrs Donnelly did not make it to Attourney General, fortunately this may be a good thing, any representative of the legal process who does not investigate and consider the truth in all legal events is both a zealot and an inherant danger to all concerned. No. 3.Judge Susan Block who did the final illegal adoption of my daughter. "See how organized they are and how they all work together?" Becky Price was the Social Worker on this case who was under oath when she admitted to lying, while Judge Melvyn Weissman continued to clip his nails and did nothing about it. Sharon Kramar, was used to throw a wrench into the counselor named Joanna Mason's positive feedback about me. Sharon Kramar was the state official who would scold me in front of my daughter for giving her a stuffed animal. Counselor Joanna Mason's, from the St. Louis Clayton County Courts job was threatened because she was supporting my efforts to regain custody of my daughter. Court appointed psychologist Lisa Emmenaggar psychologist stated under oath that I had no bond with my daughter because there was no communication during the time I rocked my daughter to sleep in a rocking chair that Social Services placed in the visiting room. Our Comment:- "Lisa Emmegnager is an absolute idiot to classify this as factual, at best it could be only point of observation, even then it should have been dismissed as having no foundation whatsoever. It would have taken an absolute idiot to take a statement such as this as fact. The likelihood is that for her to have even made this statement she has perjured herself in court. This person should therefore be removed forthwith from working in child protection. Court Appointed Special AdvocateNANCY NETSCH from CASA at the St. Louis Clayton County courts was described as a volunteer who would push for terminating my rights while knowing that my other two children were still in my care. Nancy Netsch, from CASA stood side by side next to JUDGE SUSAN BLOCK who did the adoption of my youngest child. Juvenile officer appeared by attorney,NANCY L. SIDO pushed for termination by attacking frivolous issues such as child support payments to the courts while they collected federal funds for keeping my youngest daughter while wrongfully holding my daughter under their the states care. Elizabeth Stonefield from the Adoption Unit from the Missouri Family Services was notified that my child was free for adoption. Judge Coralyn Whitington from theSt. Louis Family courts appointed to me attorney Bill Grant from the St. Louis Clayton County Family Courts to handle this case. It was later discovered by campaign records that my attorney Bill Grant who was appointed to me by Judge Coralyn Whitington has contributed campaign funds to the Guardian Ad Litim, Missouri State Representative, now running for the Missouri Attorney General,Margaret Donnelly who pushed for my parental rights to be terminated. Judge Coralyn Whitington and Guardian Ad Litim Brian Dunlap granted custody of my youngest daughter to the biological Father whom the courts later took her from. Judge Coralyn Whitington also granted full custody of my daughter to a single man that ran a foster career home to adopt from the state of Missouri to also include two other little girls who who were also adopted out by the state of Missouri. This is how it all began and how my youngest daughter ended up in the state's captivity. The state of Missouri's Child Protection Services are a complete and absolute disgrace. They knowingly have subjected and continue to subject this now young woman to a hostile unpleasent and emotionally retarded adoptive home, under the care of what only can be described as "false parents", I think to describe their treatment of her to be wicked would be an understatement. These people have abused another persons daughter persistently and relentlessly, It is an abhorrance to humanity that this has been allowed to continue, while the likes of Brenda Barnett and Celeste Hartgrave remain in their jobs. Clearly there is a case of contempt of court and these people need to be brought to justice, instead of the ongoing persecution of a mother. As I sit here and prepare this, I have only one thought, that of being completely overwhelmed, this is one lady who seems to have had a whole army of state pariahs on her back, how she has come through this I don't know. What I believe and feel though is that there has been a terrible injustice done here and it that that must be resolved now. To me the people who were supposed to be there to protect and upkeep the law have been nothing more than conjurers and purveyors of falsities at best, at worst no better than State Criminals themselves. Self indulgence in bullying and intimidation seems to have been their best tactic and at the center of this a child, who should never ever have separated from her mother. How grossly hypocritical can anything more possibly get, worse how much further away from justice can it become?
