Fran Lyon - Update Fran Lyon's baby Molly Linda Anna was born on the 13th January 2008 and mother and baby are doing fine. We printed the story below as a result of the terrible decision making of Northumberland County Council to remove her child from her at birth due to ""perceived"" intentions of harm. Whilst, at the same time although there was no evidence whatsoever, that this was in fact the case, Social Services made provision to remove her baby immediatly at birth. That was in late November last year. More recently in April this year, parliament themselves raised this issue, the result of that discussion is both tragic and alarming. I have put part of it here but you can read it all by following the link. The doctors in Sweden said that she should sue the doctors in the north-east for malpractice because her angiodaema was not self-induced—it even occurred when she was unconscious. Yesterday, I received the official English translation of the Swedish social work report, which concluded: “Our assessment is that there is no need for support or any other programme with regard to Fran’s capacity as a parent.” In England, the plan was to take the baby 15 minutes after birth, which would have also involved the usual twin-tracking adoption plan. In Northumberland, there was systematic and corrupt abuse of process. Sadly, that is all too common in the system. House Of Commons Discusssion Surely it is time now, knowing the truth that this Government took effective action against the minister concerned Briget Prentice, who to all intents and purposes has been a willing accomplice in the wilful and continuing deceitful practices within the familiy courts and who through plausable culpable legal negligence introduced predjudicial acts of deceit, manipulation and lies which are seemingly so readily practiced by the child care agencies across this country. Ministers like Briget Prentice are an absolute disgrace to both politics and the Crown, they represent all that is wrong about our society and prefer to bury the truth or engineer the outcomes rather than do what is reasonable and take appropriate action to ensure that people are not accused wrongly or inaccurate statements made in order for the authorities to remove a child. It is now totally clear that what happened in Northumberland with Fran Lyon was absolutly appalling, someone should bear the blame for this and it must be the people responsible for allowing this fiasco to continue who need to be dismissed. Voters themselves also must play their part. For if the Government(our lawmakers), cannot for whatever reason prevent some of these most dreadful mistakes from being made and halt the disgusting spectacle of the closed family courts, then we owe it to the innocent victims and their children, who have been harmed by this malpractice, to remove the ministers responsible at the ballot box. In doing so we ensure that the likes of Bridget Prentice and her ilk are out of parliament - they should never have been there in the first place. Thankfully, although this story has had its tragic moments, it now seems as if a little happiness has been achieved. My only hope now is that Fran remains outside this country and its dreadful predjudicial and authoritarian reactions. I hope she has found a better and safer society in which her child can be brought up then we have here in Britain. Sometimes, all that we believe in and hope for is turned upside down by the persistence of a wretched and unfathomable political system, which should never have the trust of anyone what is surprising is that it is "New Labour" who are at the helm of this. New Nazi maybe but New(Labour) I question.? I have retained the story we originally printed right for your perusal. Please also find below this posting I made to the Evening Chronicle and Journal forums along with many others over this issue I beleived in the early days she was incapable of such an act that they accused her of and I believe that now. But, what is worse is that the authorities could and still can act in such a way as to create and engineer stories which are based upon a pack of lies and suppostion on their part, then openly lie, using their engineered fallacies to destroy both the child's wellbeing and the parent seemingly only to suit themselves, this is foul and obnoxious and a disgrace to our country. Fiction should remain just that fiction and our authorities should stop playing with the fairies and start behaving in a civilised and responsible manner especially where children are involved. If they do not start to realise how distressing these events are and maintain their stance then they should stop hiding behind the fallicy of "putting the child first" and start wearing the Swastika because in reality it is they who are rapidly becoming the new Gestapo in our society. At the moment it is totally clear that there are women MPs in parliament who are extremely dangerous, deceitful and manipulative these are Labour's children and they need removing and removing fast. Beore any more innocent families and children are harassed, harangued and hounded by the abomination that the state system has become. "Fran Lyon" - Pictured Above: The Story As We Covered It Last Year A young woman, Fran Lyon of St Hilda's road Hexham, has been told that she will have her baby removed at birth by Northumberland Social Services because she is deemed "at risk" from causing harm to the child. Fran for her part however, has no criminal conviction although she has had some psychological help for rape and other unrelated issues. Yet the dogmatic uncalculatingly inhuman Northumberland County Council have decided to remove this woman's baby when it is born in January. One wonders, if all this is about, is the Council reaching targets for some oafish Govenment Policy rather than anything to do with care about children or putting the child first. I cannot even to begin to imagine the stress on this young woman that all this has caused throughout her pregancy. Whilst there is no doubt in my mind that this case should be heard by the European Court Of Human Rights and the perpertrators of this decision should all be charged with crimes against humanity. For to take a newborn baby away from its mother in such circumstances could be nothing else than an act of great inhumanity. All this in age where we should be helping others. This is a sad and sorry case which none the less speaks volumes for the practices and moral corruption which lies within the authorites today. Would this inspire you or I to trust in the Social Services system, I would be an absolute idiot to say yes. The conclusion of the parliament discussion is this. "In Northumberland, there was systematic and corrupt abuse of process. Sadly, that is all too common in the system." Although this appears as just one case there are indeed others who have had their lives destroyed by these processes, time now to open this system up and bring in legal safeguards to prevent these agaencies conjuring up false allegations and using them as a representation of fact. There was a serious problem with the action of Northumberland County Council over this desicion, since MBSP has been discredited by many experts etc, so why cannot the Social workers and their medical coutnerparts let this stinking dog lie dead. The "brilliant" educated minds that contributed to this theory, perverted justice and embellished evidence to make their theories fit. ( Sally Clark etc.) In fact MBSP is such a poisonous diagnosis, not unlike "emotional abuse" for even which shouting at a child, let alone smacking one, can be used in circumstances at the authorities whim. In MBSP the person is found to be guilty if they deny it, as denial is part of the symptom of MBSP, then you are guilty. But if you say you are comitting MBSP you are also at risk of losing your child. It could even be the way you have looked or acted towards these authorities that makes you unfit. It is this which provides a panacea for the authorities to act as insanely as they choose. The person has little option but to scrape their knees and pray that the worst does not happen. However at no time Social Services have ever acknowledged that they have been wrong, and they have been. It is true to say that the recalcitrant attitude of this authority stinks to high heavens and the people who are involved in these situations often mislead others. They also hide behind the mask of anoniminity, and do not engage with the press, not because they are trying to protect the vulnerable but because they fear that information which may serve to help the individual concerned may come to light. I repeat, Fran has not committed a crime against anyone, so why should there even be a conception that her child should be at should be at risk The answer I am afraid is simple, that those condemning this upon her are nothing more than fanatics and zealots imposing their own distorted perceptions upon others, in reality nothing more than terrorists or the Torque Marda themselves, only this time state owned and state controlled as they were in the 1600s. Imagine the anxiety this young woman went through during her pregnancy and what this so called helpful "State System" has inflicted. It is beyond words. I have now heard that Fran has moved she has been driven from her home by these people who claim to serve the best interests of the child, in this case this is absolute rubbish and it is a dreadful indictment against the authorities of this County that they have done this. I do know one thing in all this the Christian Bible states that, "Thou shalt not bear false witness", I hope all of these vultures are squeaky clean, because if not they will be judged and no doubt judged accordingly. For the harassmant of this young woman has been nothing more than barbaric. I hope that she has found honest, people where she has moved to people who will help her and her new baby, I wish her well with all my heart. However, one must not ignore the travesty by which the Northumberland County Council has acted nor forget the malice and inhumanity which they have consistently treated her with. As for great Britain, in the 1940s a leader emerged from the shadows his name was originally Schicklegruber, we should be very careful that we are not now basing our society on his ideolgies which resulted in dreadful persecution including those who had mental health problems. - Labour needs to take a good look at itself and its policies, or are we about to enter and welcome in the new age and rise of the "Red Nazis"?.
